نظرة عامة على المشروع
المشروع عبارة عن محطة طاقة لتخزين الطاقة واسعة النطاق في إطار Shanghai Fusion، ويحتاج نظام التبريد الخاص به إلى نوع جديد من المواد غير الموصلة والمضادة للشيخوخة، في عام 2020، وجد فريق تصميم المشروع شركتنا من خلال الشبكة، لتوفير منصة صيانة نظام التبريد وممر الصيانة.
مشكلة
نظرًا للبيئة التي يتم فيها استخدام نظام التبريد، كانت هناك حاجة إلى منتج من شأنه مكافحة آثار الشيخوخة اليومية وتحسين ظروف السلامة للمنشأة.
We have organised the customer’s requirements as follows:
— Non-conductive and non-thermal conductive: To ensure the safety of personnel during maintenance, the material must be non-conductive and have low thermal conductivity;
— corrosion resistance: taking into account the equipment placed outdoors, the long years of wind and sun on the platform and walkway board corrosion, not only affects the load-bearing, the safety of personnel also pose a hidden danger, so the material must be able to withstand daily corrosion of the sun and rain;
– Lightweight: ease of installation is key, no need for large equipment, greatly reducing construction time;
– Low maintenance and long service life: the customer specifically requested a product that would not cause inconvenience during use.

في مواجهة المنافسة الشرسة، تمكنت شركة Tianfu New Material من إنشاء نظام منصة صيانة غير موصل لمحطة الطاقة. اختارت الشركة الهندسية استخدام حواجز الحماية والممرات FRP، جنبًا إلى جنب مع شبكات FRP والمقاطع الهيكلية FRP، كما تم تجهيز منتجات Tianfu New Material FRP أيضًا بميزات مقاومة للأشعة فوق البنفسجية، مما يخلق حلاً متينًا وطويل الأمد. ونتيجة لذلك، تم اختياره كأول مشروع 100% FRP لصاحب المشروع.
