该项目位于内蒙古，所发电量全部供应北京，是满足北京用电安全的主要电厂之一，作为我国主要的火电基地，其接入京津唐电网，对稳定京津唐地区电力供应具有重要意义，已成为亚洲重要的火电基地。
问题
以前的维护人员使用木板作为维修冷却塔风扇的通道。长期暴露在风吹日晒下已成为严重的安全隐患，因此客户希望提高工作人员的安全性，并开始寻找更换木板的解决方案。此外，冷却塔中有水，因此客户希望尽量减少因腐蚀而导致未来更换的需求。
