Ketika sebuah perusahaan jalan raya Harbin sedang mencari jalur kursi roda baru yang sesuai dengan ADA, mereka memutuskan untuk menggunakan kisi-kisi cetakan dari Tianfu New Material. Jalur landai ini tidak hanya mematuhi ADA, namun juga mendorong inklusivitas.
Masalah
Jalan baja yang ada di bawah gedung pelayanan tidak lagi sesuai dengan kode karena korosi yang parah. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi baru untuk menggantikannya. Karena tingginya curah salju di Harbin, garam sering digunakan untuk menghilangkan salju, yang juga menyebabkan korosi parah pada jalur baja. Perusahaan energi tersebut ingin menambahkan penggunaan kisi-kisi cetakan yang tahan lama pada kerangka platform yang sudah ada, yang dibangun dua tahun lalu.

Manfaat FRP antara lain
– Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of FRP is especially important, as salt is used during the snowy season.
– Non-slip: Due to the rain and snow in Harbin, the surface of the ramp had to be safe and non-slip in order to make it easier for people in wheelchairs to walk.

We chose TFN based on the good relationship we had developed on a previous project. Our sales staff also recommended changing the ramp fencing to FRP profiles, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant and safe.
