Shipping and Loading Process of Tianfu New Material FRP Grating Products
At Tianfu New Material, we are committed to delivering our fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating products with the highest standards of care and efficiency. Our shipping and loading process is designed to ensure product integrity, reduce risk during transit, and provide a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.
Before shipment, each batch of FRP gratings undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to confirm dimensions, color uniformity, and structural integrity. Once approved, the products proceed to the packaging area, where they are wrapped using a dual-protection method. First, we cover the gratings with a thick plastic film to prevent dust, moisture, and scratches. This is followed by a second layer using either bubble wrap or woven fabric, adding an extra cushion against potential impacts during handling.
For export orders or heavy loads, we utilize customized wooden pallets to stack the gratings safely. Each pallet is reinforced with steel straps to maintain stability, especially during international transport or long-distance truck freight. This packaging approach not only prevents deformation and breakage but also improves efficiency during unloading and warehouse handling at the customer’s site.
To guarantee traceability and ease of identification, every package includes a clear product label showing model, size, quantity, production batch, and purchase order number. Labels are securely attached on both sides of the packaging for visibility regardless of orientation.
In terms of loading, our factory is equipped with a dedicated logistics zone and hydraulic forklifts operated by trained personnel. The loading process is recorded and monitored to maintain consistency with safety protocols. Products are carefully arranged in the transport vehicle to optimize space while maintaining ventilation and avoiding excessive pressure on any single unit. When stacking is required, wooden separators are used to ensure that the gratings are not damaged by their own weight.
For container shipping, gratings are loaded strategically based on the container layout, with blocking and bracing applied to prevent movement during transit. If the products are destined for regions with high humidity or long sea routes, desiccant bags are included to guard against condensation damage.
Our team also documents the entire packaging and loading process through photo and video recording. These visuals are available upon request or are sent to the customer automatically as part of the shipment update. This transparent process provides reassurance and proof of product condition at the point of dispatch.
Tianfu New Material aims not only to manufacture high-performance FRP grating products but also to deliver them in perfect condition. With our careful attention to packaging, labeling, and loading, we ensure that every shipment arrives on time and in optimal shape, ready for immediate installation and use.
