At Tianfu New Materials, we always adhere to the principle of “quality first, service first” to ensure that each batch of FRP grating can be delivered to customers safely and on time. This video fully demonstrates the whole process of grating from finished product inspection, packaging to loading and shipping, reflecting our rigorous attitude towards details and commitment to customers.

Each batch of grating will undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the warehouse, including the verification of appearance, size, tolerance, color consistency and load-bearing performance to ensure that the product meets the customer’s order and standard specifications. After passing the inspection, we enter the packaging stage. We adopt double protection measures, first wrapping with plastic film to prevent dust and moisture, and then using bubble film or woven bags for reinforcement to reduce the risk of wear and impact during transportation.

For export orders or heavy-loaded products, we will also use customized wooden pallets for stacking and use steel belts for reinforcement to ensure that the product is stable and does not shift during long-distance transportation. All packages are affixed with detailed labels, including product model, specifications, quantity, production batch number and order number, which are convenient for customers to receive, inspect and manage the goods.

In the loading process, Tianfu has an independent logistics loading and unloading area equipped with multiple hydraulic forklifts and experienced operators. As can be seen in the video, workers place the packaged grating plates safely in the truck or container in the order of loading, paying attention to the balance and ventilation of each layer, and adding wooden partitions when necessary to prevent squeezing and deformation between products.

For long-distance transportation by sea, we also place moisture-proof desiccant in the container to prevent the condensation of water vapor caused by temperature difference from affecting the product. The entire loading process is photographed or recorded by a dedicated person for archiving, and the video and loading list are sent to the customer after loading is completed to enhance communication transparency.
